As part of Dig Gloucester, the Gloucester Food Hub invites you to visit The Tucker Patch Community Garden. Join guided tours and learn from practical demonstrations or buy your organically grown vegetable seedlings, honey, teas etc or even buy a Christmas present for that special someone – a locally-made Naughty or Nice Gnome!
The Patch is a fantastic community facility with an emphasis on food production and sustainable growing set in a peaceful bush oasis with views across to the iconic Bucketts.
It is also an educational facility which is training our future horticulturalists and sharing knowledge with all.
Come along and get tips about growing your own food or see if you can spot our most engaging residents, the endangered Grey-Crowned Babblers. Hear about the aims, history and philosophy of the organisation from dedicated volunteers.
